Tennis during your lunch break
I have trained at several tennis schools, but I feel most comfortable here by far. Christoph takes time, focuses on my strengths and weaknesses — and I have improved noticeably.
The training is varied with the right mix of challenge and fun — ideal for beginners too. A great place if you want to learn tennis and enjoy it.

Biomechanically correct movement patterns from the start. We emphasize clean groundstrokes that can be executed even under pressure. Every stroke is broken down into its components and perfected.
Tennis is chess on the court. We teach game understanding, court management, and situational decision-making. From rally patterns to opponent preparation - you learn to read the game.
Tennis-specific athletic training according to Bollettieri standards. Speed power, endurance, flexibility, and injury prevention are integral parts of your development.

Our Tennis Camp is the perfect holiday program for tennis or sports-enthusiastic children and teenagers aged 6 to 18. During school holidays, we offer diverse tennis camps that combine sport, fun, and learning.
The camp includes professional tennis training according to the Bollettieri method, multisport activities, healthy full catering, and experienced supervision by qualified coaches. The camps take place during spring, summer, and autumn holidays in Arlesheim.
